After
interviewing the manager, observing the restaurant, and tasting their food, I
understand why they have been open for more than 20 years. They have a
steady customer base
and a great, hardworking staff.
With that being said, they can make a
few small changes to help
their business grow and increase
revenue.
Fixing
a few of the problems stated above such as advertising
and scheduling will help this restaurant operate to its full potential. Consistency is also important when it comes to
producing any type of menu item.
With
a few small changes to the
