Background of manager:
Justin started at Avellino’s over 10 years ago. When he began he was only a delivery guy on weekends. As the years progressed he became more familiar with cooking and working other positions within the restaurant and bar. He is now capable of performing all tasks within the restaurant, such as waiter, counter, salad/sub cook, prep work, along with helping the pizza guy as well. This shows that growth is available within the business and an employee can look forward to more options in the future instead of being stuck in the same position.
